Roger Gauger
Roger Gauger is an accomplished 30-plus year veteran in the Monster Truck Industry. He is a fabricator and General Foreman by trade. Throughout his involvement in Monster Trucks, he has built and upgraded hisGauger Motorsports Team Photo equipment to continually stay at the forefront of technology. He manages his operation with the utmost integrity. He is known throughout the industry for his competitive spirit and professionalism. Roger is also a certified Tech Inspector for the Monster Truck Racing Association (MTRA).

Scott Bryant
Scott Bryant has many years of involvement in the industry. He started as a crew member in 2010 and quickly became Rogers's crew chief. In 2015 Scott would get the call to the driver's seat of Quadzilla with the debut of Roger's new truck. He drove Quadzilla from 2015 to 2018. His engineering background played a helpful role in the redesigning and refabricating of the Quadzilla II chassis turning it into what is now the Bootlegger chassis. He has also worked and driven for other well-known teams in the industry. He has played a huge role in the cultivation of the Monster Truck history. He is also a board member and tech inspector for the Monster Truck Racing Association (MTRA). Scott is an active member of the Gauger Motorsports Team.

Ben Oetjen
Ben Oetjen has over a decade of experience in the Industry and has helped many teams become successful operations. In addition, he has many years of driving experience. Ben has both campaigned on his own and drove for several famous teams while working with some of the Industry's biggest promoters. His knowledge and experience with these machines and this Industry as a whole is amazing. He began driving for Gauger Motorsports in 2021.

Nick Shinn
Nick Shinn has almost a decade around the industry. From 2015 to 2019 he actively worked with a mini-monster truck team. In 2019 he started helping the Gauger Motorsports team at shows. Wanting to learn and gain more experience in the industry, he became a full time crew member in 2020. His roles increased when he stepped up alongside Scott Bryant as crew chief and later in the season became the newest driver of Bootlegger in 2022. He's also in charge of all of Gauger Motorsports marketing; managing all social media accounts and YouTube channel. His passion to learn and eagerness to excel in the industry has made him a great contribution to the team.
